Sometimes overlooked, correct nutrition and supplementation are quite possibly the main factor in results and it would seem that a lot of people who visit the gym and train every day fail to make the progress they want and 9 times out of 10 its down to poor nutrition.
We have all heard and read that abs are made in the kitchen and while there is truth in that statement the facts are you have to put the work in and train hard also. Goals differ from person to person and as a result so does the diet or nutrition plan. Everyone is different and each person has likes and dislikes.
We have to remember that what works for one person might not work for another. I will work with you to develop a diet & Supplementation plan that will work for and one that you can enjoy.
