Sometimes overlooked, correct nutrition and supplementation are quite possibly the main factor in results and it would seem that a lot of people who visit the gym and train every day fail to make the progress they want and 9 times out of 10 its down to poor nutrition.
We have all heard and read that abs are made in the kichen and while there is truth in that statement the facts are you have to put the work in and train hard also. Goals differ from person to person and as a reult so does the diet or nutrition plan. Everyone is different and each person has likes and dislikes.
We have to remeber that what works for one person might not work for another. I will work with you to develop a diet & Supplementation plan that will work for and one that you can enjoy.
Vitamin Supplement - (A good daily multivitamin is a must alongside a good nutrition plan)
Evening Primrose OIL & Omega-3 - (Promotes healthy heart function and sharper brain function)
Vitamin D - (Alongside the multi vitamin we recommend that vitamin D should be taken as a very high % of the population has a vitamin D deficiency. Vit D helps boost immune system and sharper brain function.
Magnesium - (This mineral helps regulate metabolism, blood pressure and sleep cycles as well as possibly helping prevent cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and migraine headaches)
Non Essential but recommended supplements for weight loss
Yohimbe Bark - ** Seek medical advice before taking due to extreme potency** (Enhance libido and increase blood flow which aids greater fat burning in more stubborn areas)
Dandelion Root - (Helps protect the liver plus flush and clean your system.)

Our diet plans and how we work
Once we have all the information we need from you we will then work out your daily macronutrients dependent on your goal. Macros vary from person to person dependent on goal, body type and many other factors.
As we have said previously what works for one might not work for someone else. This is why we work with each client on a regular basis to tweak or change things to optimize results. Diets must be followed 100% to see the full effect and results.
Check ins are every 2 weeks and we need photos front and back which will be explained once your questionnaire form is returned. We offer unlimited 24/7 support and that means if you have any questions you can contact us anytime for a quick response. The work in the gym is one thing but the real work is the rest of the time out of the gym.
